Velocity Investments, LLC was established in 2002 to invest in, and maximize the return on unsecured debt. Velocity creates above average returns on investments and profitability by conducting extensive due diligence on prospective unsecured debt portfolios, purchasing these portfolios at a discount and then liquidating these portfolios through legal collection means. Velocity had over $430 million in receivables under management at 6/30/07. Velocity employs sound business practices, advanced technology, extensive due diligence and management experience to plan, execute against and achieve desired business objectives. In March of 2007, Velocity increased its three-year senior credit facility to $17.5 million with Wells Fargo Foothill, Inc. to finance the acquisition of additional pools of unsecured consumer receivables.
