Holder, Inc. was formed in 1998 to invest in, and maximize the return on real property being sold at sheriff’s foreclosure sales and judgment execution sales, the acquisition of defaulted mortgages, the acquisition of partial interests in real property and the acquisition of real property with clouded title with the goal of re-selling the property or perfecting the partial interest and/or clouded title for resale. These investments are made at discounts to fair market value following an extensive due diligence analysis of the legal status of the property and a market analysis of the property’s value.
